Aster Stage 6 claim Opens Today: 200M ASTER Pool, One Month
tl;dr
  • A total of 200 million ASTER was set aside for Stage 6, according to CryptoTicker and KuCoin citing Aster's allocation page.
  • Users who chose the immediate route got 50% and claimed between April 28 and May 28, 2026.
  • Some round-ups list November 4 as the start. Aster's own page says October 28, so that is the date to trust.

The Aster Stage 6 claim opens today, October 28, at 12:00 UTC (15:00 MSK), and it is the second half of a choice users made back in April. Anyone who picked the full-allocation option in Aster's "Convergence" campaign can claim from today until November 28 at 12:00 UTC. ASTER traded near $0.71 on CoinGecko at 06:03 UTC (09:03 MSK), up about 1.3% on the day, with a market cap near $1.79 billion.

What actually happened

Aster ran Stage 6 of its points program, called Convergence, as a trading campaign on its perpetual and spot exchange. At the end, users had to pick one of two routes. The fast route paid half of the allocation right away in spring. The patient route paid the full allocation later. That choice could not be changed afterward.

Today is "later". The window for the full allocation runs a month, from 12:00 UTC on October 28 to 12:00 UTC on November 28. CryptoTicker's week-44 airdrop calendar and a KuCoin news flash both list those exact times and point to Aster's allocation page as the source. Both also flag that some sites have the wrong start date.

How points were earned matters for who is now eligible. Aster's documentation lists five scoring parts: trading points based on fees and maker liquidity, position points for size and holding time, Aster asset points for using ASTER, asBNB or USDF as margin, liquidation points and profit-and-loss points. Team boosts and two-level referral points sat on top. Aster also says it may adjust farmed points, and it never published the exact weights.

Why the Aster Stage 6 claim matters for supply

When a large batch of tokens unlocks on a single day, traders watch for selling. The difference here is that this is the patient half of the program. People who chose to wait for the full amount may be less likely to dump than people who wanted cash in April. That is an assumption, not data, so do not lean on it.

What we know is that 200 million ASTER was the total for Stage 6 and part of it already went out in spring. Aster has not published how much of the pool sits in today's window. Watch on-chain flows to exchanges over the first few days for a better read than any forecast.

Price context helps too. ASTER's market cap near $1.79 billion is large enough that one claim window is unlikely to decide the trend on its own, but thin order books on smaller venues can still move fast. If the Aster Stage 6 claim brings a wave of transfers to exchanges, it should show up in public wallet trackers within hours, not weeks.

An airdrop window is not a deadline to sell. It is a deadline to claim, and those are two very different decisions.

A busy week for claims

Aster is not alone. StandX opened its DUSD checker on October 26 and starts claims on November 1, as we covered in StandX DUSD airdrop. Pharos already closed its portal on October 25, with no catch-up, which we flagged in Pharos claim deadline. The lesson from Pharos is simple. Missed windows usually stay missed.

What to do as a reader

If you chose the full-allocation option, claim only through Aster's official site. Start from the Aster allocation page and type the address yourself instead of clicking links in replies or direct messages. Fake claim pages always spike on claim day.

Connect the same wallet you used in the campaign. Check the amount shown before signing anything, and never approve a transaction that asks for unlimited spending of other tokens. A real claim should only send tokens to you.

You have a month, so there is no need to rush in the first hour when sites are busiest. Write down the claim date and the amount for tax records. Decide on selling separately, after you have looked at liquidity and your own needs. Nothing here is investment advice.
