Four.meme Stock Meme just got a big upgrade, and it's a clear bet that "stock memes" are the next BNB Chain degen meta. The launchpad added 76 new bStock assets that creators can use as the base pair for new tokens and replaced per-stock amounts with one flat $10,000 fundraising target. Lower thresholds for crypto base pairs came with it.

What actually happened

GetChain News and an Odaily flash republished by AiCoin both reported the change. Four.meme is scrapping the old model of fixed amounts for different bStocks. Every bStock pool now targets the same $10,000 equivalent, so a meme paired with one stock token needs the same raise as a meme paired with another.

Popular stocks show by default in the launch flow, and users can search for every supported bStock. Four.meme also cut the raise thresholds for its main crypto base assets to $10,000, giving creators more options.

One detail differs between sources. GetChain lists the fourth stablecoin as UUSD, while the AiCoin translation of the Odaily flash renders it as "AmericaD." We're going with neither as gospel; check the launch page before picking a pair.

How Stock Memes work

According to the Four.meme docs, Stock Meme lets projects launch a token with a supported bStock as its trading pair instead of only crypto pairs. The first supported bStock was NVDAb. Creators pick a bStock, launch, and people trade the new meme against that stock token.

bStocks also provide dedicated liquidity support for Stock Trading Pools on Four.meme, which the docs say gives eligible pools extra liquidity from launch.

The docs are blunt about what this is not: Stock Meme tokens are independent crypto assets and "should not be interpreted as shares or ownership interests" in the companies behind their base pairs. Buying a meme paired with a tokenized Nvidia stock does not give you Nvidia exposure in any legal sense.

The 4Stock side quest

Four.meme also documents 4Stock, a "pre-bStock" product for popular stocks that don't yet have a bStock. Users apply to mint by sending USDC, Four.meme buys the underlying stock through a managed account, then mints 4Stock 1:1 based on shares actually bought. There's a 1% mint fee, and early processing is manual, usually within 24 hours.

That's a lot of trust in one operator. Execution price can differ from the quote at application time, and minting can be delayed if the stock is suspended or illiquid.

What's still unclear

The reports don't list all 76 new bStocks, and neither the flash coverage nor the docs give numbers on how many Stock Memes have launched so far or how they performed. That makes it hard to judge whether this upgrade answers real demand or is meant to create it.

The docs also say the availability of individual bStocks may change and that Stock Meme is "under active development," so features can shift without much notice. And the liquidity support from bStocks applies to "eligible" pools, with no public detail on who qualifies.

On the 4Stock side, Four.meme pitches it as open stock infrastructure for BSC that other projects can build on, and says an automated purchase and minting system is coming. Until then, minting is batch-processed by hand.

Why it matters

The Four.meme Stock Meme push mirrors moves we've covered elsewhere, from Binance bStocks pairs to Pump.fun custom pairs. Launchpads are racing to let memes trade against anything with a narrative, and tokenized stocks are the hottest one.

A flat $10,000 target lowers friction for creators. It also means more launches, and history says most launches go nowhere. More pairs don't change the basic math of launchpad PvP.

What to do as a reader

If you trade Four.meme Stock Meme launches, remember you're holding two layers of risk: the meme itself and the tokenized stock it's paired with. Check which base asset a pool uses and how deep the liquidity is before you ape.

Avoid assuming a stock-themed ticker gives you any claim on the real company. For more on stock-flavored memes elsewhere, see our Robinhood stock memes piece. Nothing here is investment advice.
