Binance bStocks pairs open with a maker-fee holiday

Seven Binance bStocks pairs were scheduled for September 30, 2026. Two newsrooms agree on the tickers and the noon UTC start. Only one of them prints the withdrawal clock and the day the fee holiday ends.

Binance bStocks pairs were the listing on the last morning of September. TokenPost, published September 29, 2026, at 11:04 p.m. EDT, says Binance will add seven spot pairs at 8 a.m. ET on September 30, which it equates to 12:00 UTC. That is 3:00 p.m. in Moscow. PANews, dated September 30, says the same seven pairs go up at 20:00 UTC+8, which is the same 12:00 UTC instant. Neither page opened here is the exchange's own announcement. Both say they are describing one.

TL;DR - The pairs, in both stories, are ADBEB/USDT, FWDIB/USDT, HPEB/USDT, PDDB/USDT, SHAZB/USDT, WENB/USDT, and ZMB/USDT. This article does not expand those tickers into company names, because neither opened page does. - Both say spot algorithmic trading bots open with the listing, and that rebalancing bots follow within 24 hours. Both say Binance Convert is fee-free for one hour against BTC and USDT. TokenPost adds "other tokens" to that hour. - TokenPost alone prints withdrawals at 9 a.m. ET (13:00 UTC) on September 30, and maker fees waived through October 31 at 7:59 p.m. ET (23:59 UTC). PANews says zero maker fees and does not date the end.

What actually happened

TokenPost's piece, by John Kim, is a listing notice rewritten as a short business item. It says the seven pairs expand Binance's listed tokenized-stock markets and add USDT books. It says users can trade the new bStocks on Binance Convert against Bitcoin, USDT, and other tokens without fees during the first hour after launch. It says the exchange will waive maker fees on the new spot pairs through October 31 at 7:59 p.m. ET, which it labels 23:59 UTC. Late October is still Eastern Daylight Time, four hours behind UTC, so 7:59 p.m. ET is that 23:59 UTC, and 23:59 UTC is 2:59 a.m. on November 1 in Moscow. Withdrawals for all seven tickers, TokenPost says, open at 9 a.m. ET (13:00 UTC) on September 30, which is 4:00 p.m. in Moscow. Spot algorithmic trading bot services open with the pairs. Rebalancing bots are scheduled within 24 hours of launch.

PANews's flash is thinner and still useful, because it is not a copy of TokenPost's sentences. It says "according to an official announcement" the pairs list at 20:00 (UTC+8) on September 30, that algorithmic trading bot services open at the same time, and that rebalancing bots are enabled within 24 hours. It says users can trade bStocks against tokens such as BTC and USDT with zero fees via Binance Convert within one hour, and can "enjoy zero maker fees" on the pairs. It does not say "other tokens." It does not say when maker fees return. It does not mention withdrawals. A zero-fee line without an end date is a different instruction from TokenPost's October 31 cutoff. If you only read PANews, you do not know the holiday ends. If you only read TokenPost, you do.

The tickers are the entire identity these two pages give you. ADBEB, FWDIB, HPEB, PDDB, SHAZB, WENB, ZMB. No share counts, no underlying ticker spelled out, no custodian, no hours of the underlying stock market, no statement of whether the token is a receipt, a swap, or a note. Calling them tokenized stocks is TokenPost's phrase ("tokenized-stock markets") and the tag "bStocks," which both pages use. It is not a prospectus. This article did not open a Binance product page that would define the legal wrapper, so it does not invent one.

Timing agreement is the clean part. 8:00 a.m. ET, 12:00 UTC, and 20:00 UTC+8 are one moment on September 30. The articles were filed on different sides of that moment: TokenPost the evening before in EDT, PANews on the day. Agreement on the clock is why the Binance bStocks pairs are reportable. Disagreement on the fee sunset is why you keep both tabs open.

What a fee holiday is actually for

Binance bStocks pairs with zero maker fees are a promotion, not a claim that the market is liquid. Maker fee is the charge on an order that rests on the book. A waiver through a dated minute changes the cost of posting, not the existence of someone to trade with. TokenPost dates that waiver. PANews asserts it. Taker fees are not waived in either story. Convert's free hour is a second promotion with a one-hour fuse, and the two pages do not even list the same Convert pairs beyond BTC and USDT. "Other tokens," in TokenPost, is an open set. Do not assume a coin is inside that set because a reply said so.

Bots are the other operational fact. Both pages say spot algorithmic trading bots are available at the start, and rebalancing bots within 24 hours. Neither page defines the bot, the minimum size, or whether the bot is exempt from the fee that returns on November 1. A rebalancing bot that turns on a day later is not part of the opening print. If you care about the first hour, you are in the Convert window and the spot book, not in a bot that is still scheduled.

Withdrawals at 13:00 UTC are only in TokenPost. That one-hour gap after trading starts is the practical risk on a new spot market: a deposit and a trade can exist before a withdrawal does. PANews's silence is not a denial. It is a missing line. Treat the withdrawal clock as TokenPost's report of the announcement, and check the exchange page before you need the coins to move.

What these two pages leave out

Neither newsroom prints a price, a market cap, or a volume for the new pairs, which is correct, because the TokenPost story was written the night before trading. A listing time is not a print. Neither page says whether U.S. persons can touch the pairs. Neither page names the seven underlying companies. Guessing Adobe from ADBEB, or a restaurant chain from WENB, would be a crossword, not reporting. This article leaves the tickers as tickers.

There is also no risk box in either story of the kind an exchange listing page often carries. That absence is not a comfort. It means the warning, if it exists, is on a page these two articles point at and this piece did not open. The official announcement is the missing third document. Until it is open, the confirmation count stays with two newsrooms that agree on the roster and the start, and diverge on the small print.

For a different stock-linked token drop, see the Injective Stockdrop note. For a dollar token that is not a stock receipt, see the Open USD note. Neither one is a bStock, and neither one fills in the seven tickers.

What to do as a reader (not a trade)

This is not investment advice. Binance bStocks pairs are an access and fee event. The Binance bStocks pairs do not become a stock tip because the fee is zero. They are not a reason to buy a tokenized share, and they are not evidence that the underlying stock did anything on September 30. If you use the market, write down the clocks TokenPost actually printed: spot at 12:00 UTC, withdrawals at 13:00 UTC, Convert's free hour for the first hour, maker fees at zero through 23:59 UTC on October 31. Then open the exchange notice and see whether those clocks survived contact with the primary page. If the notice disagrees, the notice wins.

Do not promote a ticker into a company in a group chat. The pages that support this article are TokenPost's September 29 story and PANews's September 30 flash. Read the flash for the roster. Read TokenPost for the end of the holiday. Quote the withdrawal time as TokenPost only.

Not financial advice. DYOR, ser.
