Concrete CT Binance Alpha, as two outlets tell it, without Binance's post
Concrete CT Binance Alpha is the September 30, 2026 listing plan TokenPost and PANews both describe: a first listing of Concrete (CT) on Binance Alpha, plus a points airdrop after trading opened. Binance's own announcement was not opened. No claim size belongs in this piece.
Early story. Some claims here are not officially confirmed yet. We update this post as it confirms.

Concrete CT Binance Alpha is a listing story dated September 30, 2026, and it rests on two outlets rather than on Binance's own announcement. TokenPost and PANews both say Binance Alpha was set to first-list Concrete (CT) that day. Both say eligible users could claim an airdrop with Binance Alpha Points on the Alpha events page after trading opened.
TL;DR - On Concrete CT Binance Alpha, TokenPost and PANews agree on the date, the venue name, the first-listing framing, and a points-based airdrop after trading opened. - TokenPost adds that Coinbase's public asset page for CT did not enable trading and only identifies CT as an Ethereum-based asset. PANews's account, as used here, does not add that page. - No claim size, points threshold, or contract address appears in this piece, because none was established from Binance's own notice.
What actually happened
TokenPost's timestamp is 12:00 AM EDT on September 30, 2026. The Binance post itself was not opened, so this is a recap of recaps, and it stops where they stop.
Two write-ups, one shape. TokenPost and PANews both describe a first listing of Concrete, ticker CT, on Binance Alpha, set for September 30, 2026. "First-list" is their framing of the event, and it should stay inside that frame.
It means, in their words, that this was the point when Binance Alpha was set to list the asset, not a biography of every earlier mention of CT on the wider internet. This pack does not include that biography, so it will not be sketched from memory.
The airdrop line is just as narrow, and just as easy to overbuild. Eligible users could claim an airdrop using Binance Alpha Points. The place named is the Alpha events page.
The timing word is after trading opened. Eligibility, points, the events page, and "after trading opened" are the whole mechanism these outlets give you. They do not, in the material used here, give a points cutoff, a token quantity, or a wallet-by-wallet formula. A recap that adds any of those is no longer a recap of these pages.
TokenPost is the outlet with a clock you can cite. The timestamp in the pack is 12:00 AM EDT on September 30, 2026. PANews does not get a matching timestamp in this source pack, so do not gift it one.
Same calendar day in the shared claim is not the same thing as the same minute. If you need to say who was specific, say TokenPost.
The Binance announcement was not opened. That sentence has to stay near the top, not in a footnote you skip. Two newsrooms can agree with each other and still be downstream of a post you have not read.
Agreement is real. It is agreement between TokenPost and PANews. It is not a screenshot of Binance's notice, and it is not this desk confirming the listing by loading Binance's site.
If the primary post is the thing you need, go get the primary post. This article cannot stand in for it.
TokenPost's extra detail is about a different company's page, not about a second trading venue. Coinbase's public asset page for CT, in TokenPost's account, did not enable trading. The page only identifies CT as an Ethereum-based asset.
That is an identity note. An asset page that does not turn trading on is not a listing, not a price, and not a backup plan if you misunderstood the Binance Alpha line. PANews, in what this pack uses, does not carry that Coinbase sentence.
Absence there is not a denial. It is a one-outlet detail, and it should be labeled as TokenPost's.
What to do as a reader
On Concrete CT Binance Alpha, do not fill blanks with folklore. The blanks are the claim size, the points threshold, and the contract. They are blank on purpose.
A number you remember from a different thread, a screenshot you cannot tie to these URLs, or a "usual" airdrop size does not get to sneak in. If it was not in TokenPost or PANews as used here, and Binance's post was not opened, it is not a fact in this article. Treat anyone who supplies a precise claim amount as someone who is using a source you do not have.
Read the order of operations the outlets actually wrote. Trading opened, and after that, eligible users could claim on the Alpha events page with Binance Alpha Points. "After" is doing real work.
A claim path that ignores the trading-opened step is a different story from the one printed. Eligibility is also doing real work. "Users" is not the subject.
"Eligible users" is the subject. If you are not inside whatever Binance meant by eligible, these articles do not promote you into it, and they do not define the term beyond the points phrase.
Use the Coinbase line only for what it says. TokenPost says the public asset page did not enable trading and identifies CT as Ethereum-based. You can repeat that as TokenPost's observation about a public page.
You cannot stretch it into a Coinbase listing, a Coinbase delisting, a liquidity comment, or a chain-bridge guide. "Ethereum-based" is an identification, not a how-to. This piece will not add a contract address to make the identification feel complete.
Keep the two outlets' overlap clean. They agree on Binance Alpha, on Concrete (CT), on September 30, 2026, on a first listing, and on a points airdrop on the Alpha events page after trading opened. They are not described here as disagreeing.
The extra Coinbase sentence is TokenPost alone. The timestamp you can quote is TokenPost's 12:00 AM EDT. When you brief someone, say "both" only for the shared sentences and "TokenPost" for the rest. That discipline matters more on a thin story than on a fat one, because thin stories are where padding shows.
This is not a trade note. A first listing on a named venue, as two outlets describe it, is not a view on price, not a suggestion to buy or sell CT, and not a suggestion to chase points. Points are mentioned because that is the claim path in the articles.
Mentioning a path is not advice to walk it. If you need a decision, it has to come from Binance's own notice and from your own eligibility screen, not from a third-hand paragraph.
What you still do not know
You do not know the claim size, because it is not established here. You do not know how many Binance Alpha Points the outlets' "eligible" required. You do not know the contract the asset page would eventually point at, and you should not paste one from memory. You do not know, from this pack, whether the listing went through exactly as "set to" implies, because the accounts say it was set to first-list on that date and the primary announcement was not opened for a live check.
You also do not know anything about market depth, unlocks, or who else listed CT, beyond TokenPost's negative fact that a Coinbase public asset page did not enable trading. Negative facts are easy to flip into rumors. "Did not enable trading" does not mean "will never," and it does not mean "secretly did." It means TokenPost's description of that page, at the time of that article, stopped at identification.
A careful reader artifact is a three-line note. Line one: TokenPost and PANews, September 30, 2026, Binance Alpha, Concrete (CT), points airdrop after trading, Alpha events page. Line two: TokenPost only, Coinbase asset page, no trading enabled, Ethereum-based identification, timestamp 12:00 AM EDT.
On Concrete CT Binance Alpha, line three: Binance's announcement not opened, so no claim math. If a fourth line appears with a quantity, delete it until you can point at a page this pack did not pretend to open.
The outlets are TokenPost and PANews. Read them as a pair. Then, if the listing still matters to you, read Binance, which this article did not.
Readers who want sourced recaps that are already on the site can read DogeOS public testnet and PUMP token buyback burn as separate live posts.
