Cambria Founding Charters Mint as $RSGP Token Odds Hit 94%
Cambria Founding Charters are minting on Ethereum: 4,096 NFTs, led by 512 invite-only Viceroy Charters. A $RSGP token is planned but undated, yet Polymarket says 94%.
Early story. Some claims here are not officially confirmed yet. We update this post as it confirms.

- Cambria is minting 4,096 Founding Charters on Ethereum: 512 invite-only Viceroy Charters first, then 3,584 for allowlisted Founding Citizens.
- Project lead Ben confirmed that an $RSGP token and an incentivized testnet are planned, with no dates. The token's chain hasn't been decided.
- Polymarket priced "Will Cambria launch a token by December 31, 2026?" near 93.75% at 06:03 UTC on October 9, up about 33 points in a week.

Cambria Founding Charters are minting, and it's the first concrete step in Cambria's jump from a seasonal dungeon crawler to a persistent on-chain MMO. The team began minting 4,096 Charter NFTs on Ethereum on October 7, starting with 512 invite-only Viceroy Charters. Polymarket traders already think a Cambria token is almost certain by year end, even though the team hasn't given a date.
What actually happened
eGamers reports that Viceroy Charter minting opened on October 7, with allowlisted Founding Citizens minting the rest afterward. This is phase one of Cambria Genesis, the project's move away from its seasonal Gold Rush format toward a persistent MMORPG.
Printhereum and eGamers both say Cambria hasn't announced mint prices. Some posts on X cite a figure, but we couldn't confirm it in either write-up, so we're leaving it out. An independent fan guide lists phase times on October 7 and 8 in Eastern time, but it's unofficial, so check the official Cambria site for the real schedule.
Allowlist spots use a scoring system. eGamers says it looks at each player's Cambria history and wallet activity on other chains.
Why Cambria Founding Charters matter in-game
The Genesis site says Charters unlock full earnings. Holders can enter advanced zones, get NFT loot drops and earn Royal Favor, a points system that converts into $RSGP. To earn, Charters have to be staked to in-game Venues.
Traits are revealed after the mint. Each Charter gets one of eight Houses, a home city and role affinities, and Charters become tradable once traits are out. All Charters live on Ethereum alongside Cambria's existing 3,333 Island NFTs.
The economy design
In Genesis, players deposit USDC, which converts one-to-one into Energy. Energy feeds a shared betting pool across encounters, and players come back with Gold, a claim on that pool. Cashing out through a Realm Gate carries an exit fee, and Cambria takes a fee on every transaction.
eGamers says the pool is held in a one-to-one reserve. All mint proceeds go into a starting prize pool split between a Crown fund, which pays yield to staked Charters, and an $RSGP fund that supports token liquidity at launch.
Context: the Abstract exit
The current Cambria game launched on May 21, 2026, on Abstract, which plans to shut down in December. We covered that in our Abstract shutdown piece. eGamers says Cambria has reported more than $43 million in cumulative game volume, a figure that includes in-game credit recycled between rounds.
Cambria announced Genesis on September 15 along with a Cambria Foundation. In a Discord AMA, Ben described the plan as building "the first nation-scale game economy."
What Polymarket thinks
On the Polymarket market, the December 31, 2026 line traded near 93.75% at our snapshot, with June 30, 2027 near 97%. The rules require an official token that's actively and publicly tradable. Announcements don't count.
A companion FDV market prices what happens after launch. "FDV above $20M one day after launch" sat near 69.5%, $50 million near 28% and $100 million near 15%. Traders are confident a token comes, but much less sure it trades at a big valuation.
Polymarket also runs a market on where a Cambria token gets listed within 30 days of launch. At our snapshot, Coinbase sat near 16.5%, Bybit near 16%, Upbit near 12.5%, OKX near 10.5% and Binance near 7.5%. Kraken showed a higher mid but a very wide spread, so we wouldn't read much into it.
Taken together, the markets say traders expect a token soon, a modest valuation and no guaranteed top-tier listing. That's a more sober read than most mint-week hype threads.
"We're building the infrastructure for a player-driven economy," Ben said.
What to do as a reader
If you're chasing Cambria Founding Charters, use only links from Cambria's official channels, because NFT mint weeks attract drainer sites. Don't pay for allowlist "spots" from strangers. The scoring is on-chain and in-game.
Remember the token has no date or chain yet, and Charter value depends on that roadmap holding. For another recent NFT mint, see our Ethernal Cubs mint coverage. Nothing here is investment advice.
