bitcoin october 13 is another same-day bracket fight on Polymarket. In our snapshot at 06:03 UTC (09:03 MSK) on October 13, the 82,000–84,000 bracket led at 57% Yes, with 84,000–86,000 at 35% and 80,000–82,000 at 6%. The market settles on the Binance BTC/USDT 1-minute close at noon Eastern, which is 19:00 MSK today.
What actually happened
The Bitcoin price on October 13 market asks one thing: which $2,000 bracket BTC lands in at the Binance noon-ET print. At 06:03 UTC the book favored 82,000–84,000 at 57%, with 84,000–86,000 as the clear runner-up at 35%. Everything else was tail risk, with 80–82k at 6% and 86–88k at 3%.
Volume was thin. When we pulled the market data a few minutes later, the whole event showed about $70.9K traded. That is enough for a few wallets to lean a bracket, not a deep consensus.
The setup came after a rough night. BeInCrypto reported at 01:59 UTC that BTC had dropped 2.67% to $81,594 over 24 hours, while CoinGlass data showed $774.14M in crypto liquidations, $688.56M of them longs. Bitcoin alone saw $160.48M liquidated. By 06:06 UTC spot had bounced back above $83,000.
Why 84k is the line to watch
The two leading brackets share a border at 84,000, and spot was hovering just under it at snapshot time. That is why the odds split 57/35 instead of looking like a lock. A move of under 1% between now and noon ET can flip which bracket wins.
ETF flows were not helping bulls either. Crypto Briefing, citing SoSoValue, said US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $65.4M in net outflows on October 12, all of it from BlackRock's IBIT. That is far smaller than the $484.9M outflow day on October 7, but it is still not fresh demand.
Geopolitics added pressure overnight too. BeInCrypto tied the selloff to escalating Middle East conflict, Treasury yields near multi-decade highs and a nearly 5% drop in South Korea's KOSPI. Those are the kind of headlines that can hit again before noon ET, in either direction.
Macro is the other wildcard. US September CPI drops Wednesday, October 14, at 8:30 ET, a day after this market settles. Traders often de-risk ahead of big prints, which can mean choppy, low-conviction tape into today's noon candle.

What Polymarket thinks
On "Bitcoin price on October 13?" the leading outcome, 82,000–84,000, traded at 57% Yes in our 06:03 UTC snapshot. The 84,000–86,000 bracket sat at 35%, so the market saw roughly nine-in-ten odds that BTC settles somewhere between 82k and 86k. We are quoting that one snapshot, not an average of prints from different minutes.
These bitcoin october 13 odds will move every time spot crosses 84k. Treat any screenshot without a UTC or MSK timestamp as stale. Thin same-day brackets are easy to overtrade, and our Galaxy Polymarket retail losses note is a useful reality check on who tends to lose money in them.
Mind the venue too. Coinbase and index prices can sit tens of dollars away from Binance BTC/USDT at the same second. Only the Binance 1-minute close counts under this market's rules.
What to do as a reader
If you want to follow the settle, open Binance BTC/USDT with 1m candles and watch the candle that closes at 12:00 ET, which is 19:00 MSK. Compare that close to the bracket table on the event page. Ignore other exchanges for resolution purposes.
If you trade the brackets at all, size for the possibility of being wrong by one bracket. A 57% favorite still loses more than four times in ten, and with spot this close to a border, the final hour matters more than the morning odds.
If you are quoting odds before settle, keep the timestamp in the sentence. Our working figure for bitcoin october 13 is 57% on 82–84k at 09:03 MSK. Refresh the event page before you share a newer number.
And remember the calendar. Today's bracket settles before CPI, so any big inflation surprise hits tomorrow's markets, not this one. Nothing here is investment advice.
