The 1win token sale is the rare launch where Polymarket is betting on the fundraise itself: at ~06:02 UTC on October 18, traders priced total commitments above $30 million at about 66% Yes, even though the sale only needs $3.9 million to fill. The $1WIN public sale opened October 15, runs to October 30, and refunds anything beyond the allocation.

What actually happened

1win, a Curaçao-based crypto entertainment and gaming platform founded in 2016, launched a two-week public sale for $1WIN on October 15. The token is native to Solana. The headline terms are simple: 130 million tokens on offer at $0.03 each, which values the sale allocation at $3.9 million and the full 1 billion supply at $30 million fully diluted.

The sale is not first-come, first-served. Anyone can deposit USDC from $10 upward with no cap, and after the window closes on October 30 each participant gets a share proportional to their deposit. If demand exceeds supply, unused USDC goes back. That is why "oversubscribed in eight minutes" sounds bigger than it is: the cap was hit fast, but the final allocation per dollar depends on how much more money piles in.

The token mechanics the company highlights are open-market buybacks funded by gaming revenue and a permanent burn of 10% of $1WIN spent in supported products. CertiK and Halborn reviewed the token, sale, and burn contracts, according to the release. Supply is fixed with no minting after TGE.

What Polymarket thinks

Polymarket's "Total commitments for the 1win ($1w) public sale" event turns oversubscription into a ladder. At our snapshot, the $30M rung sat at about 65.5% Yes (bid 65 / ask 66), $40M at 58%, and $60M at roughly 46.5%. A $30M total would mean depositors offered about 7.7 times the allocation value.

Treat these prices with caution. The whole event had only about $27K of volume, most of it in the last day, and individual rungs traded a few thousand dollars each. Thin books can move ten points on one order. The Polymarket event page also defines exactly which commitment figure counts, and that matters if the team reports totals in different ways.

In a pro-rata sale, a huge commitment number is not free money. It is a smaller slice for everyone.

The 1win token sale fine print

The terms page on the sale site excludes a long list of jurisdictions, including the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Singapore, and others. If you are reading memcool from the U.S., you are not eligible, full stop. Do not try to route around that with a VPN; the terms let the company void allocations.

The other thing to keep straight is the difference between the business and the token. 1win says its gaming business already earns revenue and runs independently of $1WIN. Buybacks "funded by gaming revenue" are only as meaningful as their size and transparency, and the release does not quantify them. For comparison with other recent sale formats, see our coverage of the UMIA token auction and the Jumper JUMP sale.

Who is pushing it

1win leans on celebrity partners for reach. The release lists UFC fighters Ilia Topuria and Gable Steveson, boxer Ryan Garcia, rapper Tyga, reggaeton star Nicky Jam, and football legend Luis Suárez among its VIP community and partners. That explains the attention; it says nothing about how the token will trade after October 30.

What to do as a reader

If you are eligible and curious, model the refund. Your effective allocation is your deposit times $3.9 million divided by total commitments. At $30 million committed, a $1,000 deposit would buy about $130 of tokens and get roughly $870 back after October 30. The more popular the 1win token sale gets, the smaller that slice.

If you are not eligible, the Polymarket ladder is the only way to have an opinion, and it is thin. Either way, re-check the official site for the running total before October 30 and assume a gambling-platform token carries regulatory and liquidity risk at TGE. Nothing here is investment advice.
